Further , a member has to vacate his seat in the House if -LRB- i -RRB- he holds any office of profit ; -LRB- ii -RRB- is declared to be of unsound mind or an undischarged insolvent ; -LRB- iii -RRB- voluntarily acquires citizenship of a foreign State ; -LRB- iv -RRB- his election is declared void by the Court ; -LRB- v -RRB- he is expelled upon the adoption of a motion of expulsion by the House ; or -LRB- vi -RRB- he is elected President , Vice-President or Governor of a State .
   19 इसके अतिरिक़्त , किसी सदस्य को सदस्य को सदन में अपना स्थान रिक़्त करना पड़ता है यदि ( 1 ) वह लाभ का कोई पद धारण्सा करता है ; ( 2 ) उसे विकृत चित्त वाला व्यक़्ति घोषित कर दिया जाता है यसा अनुन्मोचित दिवालिया घोषित कर दिया जाता है ; ( 3 ) वह स्वेच्छा से किसी विदेशी राज़्य की नागरिकता प्राप्त कर लेता है ; ( 4 ) उसका निर्वाचन न्यायालय द्वारा शून्य घोषित कर दियाजाता है ; ( 5 ) वह सदन द्वारा निष्कासन का प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत किए जाने पर निष्कासित कर दिया जाता है ; ( 6 ) वह राष्ट्रपति , उपराष्ट्रपति या किसी राज़्य राज़्यपाल चुन लिया जाता है .
10. Disqualifications for Membership : Under article 102 , a person shall be disqualified for being chosen as and for being a member of either House -LRB- i -RRB- if he is not a citizen of India or otherwise owes allegiance to a foreign State , -LRB- ii -RRB- if he is an undischarged insolvent or one declared by a competent court to be of unsound mind , -LRB- iii -RRB- if he holds any office of profit under the Union or a State Government other than the office of Minister or any office exempted by Parliament by law , and -LRB- iv -RRB- if he is otherwise disqualified under any law made by Parliament .
    सदस्यता के लिए निरर्हताएं : अनुच्छेद 102 के अधीन कोई व्यक्ति संसद के किसी सदन का सदस्य चुने जाने के और सदस्यहोने के योग्य नहीं होगा यदि वह ( इ ) भारत का नागरिक नहीं है अथवा अन्यथा किसी विदेशी राज्य के प्रति निष्ठा रखता है ; यदि वह ( इइ ) अनुन्मोचित दिवालिया1 है अथवा विकृतचित्त है और उसके बारे में सक्षम न्यायालय की घोषणा विद्यमान है ; ( इइइ ) भारत सरकार के या राज्य सरकार के अधीन कोई लाभ का पद धारण करता है , सिवाय मंत्री पद के अथवा उस पद के जिसके बारे में संसद ने विधि द्वारा छूट दी है ; और ( इव् ) संसद द्वारा बनाए गए किसी कानून के अधीन अयोग्य ठहराया गया हो .
